Shipping and Refund Policy

 Terms of Service: Shipping & Refunds

1. Shipping & Delivery

Because our pastries are baked fresh and contain no artificial preservatives, timing is everything.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on Sundays to prevent your treats from sitting in a shipping warehouse over the Sunday break.
  • Shipping Methods: We primarily use Grab Express or Lalamove. We highly recommend selecting the fastest shipping option.
  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for spoiled pastries if the package is delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout or if the recipient is not available to receive it.
  • Weather Awareness: In cases of extreme heat, we may delay shipping your order by 24–48 hours to ensure product integrity. We will notify you via email if this occurs.


2. Perishable Goods Policy

Pastries are delicate. While we package our items with the utmost care, some minor "crumbs" or shifting may occur during transit. This does not affect the taste or quality of the product.


3. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once a pastry leaves our kitchen, it cannot be returned for resale.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives in a condition that is "un-snackable" (e.g., the box is crushed, or the product is spoiled), please contact us at monstercookiesph@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Required Documentation: To process a claim for damage, you must provide a clear photo of the damaged packaging and the product.
  • Resolutions: Valid claims will be handled at our discretion through either a replacement shipment or a store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are only issued in exceptional circumstances.


4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once the baking process has begun, we can no longer cancel or refund the order.


5. Taste & Preference

We bake with high-quality ingredients and tested recipes. However, we do not offer refunds based on personal taste preferences (e.g., "I thought it would be sweeter" or "I don't like this flavor").
